License Test 'B'
Please remember that the replay theater, in the game, contains demonstrations for every test.
If you cannot do test 1, please get a life.
Test #2 is much the same as #1, but perhaps requires a bit more skill. Simply put your foot to the pedal and then break like crazy around 900M. Tweaking this time management perfectly will yield victory.
For Test #3, there are several ways to go about getting the time needed. I will suggest two of those ways here. The first: accel from the start and go down the middle, then turn right as the bend starts, then quickly push left and let go of the accel when needed. Otherwise, just go down the middle and turn left when you feel ready, pumping the pedal.
Test #4 is similar to test #3. The first suggestion above works nicely here.
Test #5 fits in with #3 and #4. Use similar tactics. A faster car just means earlier preparation. Keep that in mind.
Test #6 requires more skill by putting in a multiple curve('S' curve). Tapping the break a little while turning in the desired direction should solver your problems. If not, try slowing down before reaching the actual turn.
Test #7 is the same, just a faster car. Prepare a bit earlier or hit the brakes more.
Ah, the final examination. All you have to do is race the speedway, one of the easiest tracks in the game. Hang a left right at the beginning and tap the car left as you go around that wussy turn. As you come to the end, just tap it a little more so it takes you into the right lane. At each turn thereafter, you have two options. Just let off the accel when you begin to turn and push it again when you feel you'll make it. Better yet, shift weight to the front of the car for better traction by braking slicing as you come into the turn.
License Test 'A'
For A-3, you are driving a Mazda RX-7 through a few light corners, then a tough hairpin near the end. The time limit, as specified, is 44 seconds. Just about everyone has trouble on this test when they first start out, and it takes some practice to achieve at least the bronze. You should start out by moving into the left lane before the first light turns, and then turn right gently as the road bends in further. Tap the right button and let it take you into the left lane. You will see a dark spot to the right of the road, and you should be passed it by 19 seconds. Saving time at the beginning can't hurt. Next, gently move into the right lane and let your car take off. You'll see another spot on the road ahead. A little past that, let your finger off the accelerator and go to the outside(left) lane. When you're reaching the turn, at the last second turn right and break a little. If you start to spin out, quickly press left-right on your controller. Once you feel you made the turn alright, accelerate like hell. In 10-20 tries max, you should be alright. There are many methods to this turn, so if it does not work...contact me or another expert.
A-4 seems to be another test that commonly brings trouble. Its no surprise. At the beginning, take the middle lane(which becomes the right lane) and coast up the hill. When you're nearing the tunnel, pull left tightly and keep doing so until you end up somewhere in the left lane. There are two ways to take the next 'turn of death.' Either go full speed and just break a little, slamming into the wall and accelerating away...or you can try to take the turn expertly. In the latter case, slow down on the accel a little before you get there and break a bit as you turn right. After that turn, stay in the right lane. Coast down until the road starts to bend, and pull right. Just tap the accel a little and you should make this turn with NO trouble. The final turn has two methods as well. You can take the inside lane or the outside lane. If taking the inside lane, you should definately break and turn left, then accel like hell. If taking the outside lane, much the same goes on. If you don't mind hitting the wall a little, you can also just let off the accelerator here and there to line up your car on the final turn. Go like hell through the tunnel. You should be at about 32 seconds when you enter the tunnel in order to get the 39 second time.
